I will help you interpret the data and give science-based recommendations on what dietary changes you need to make to improve your gut microbiota. I will also recommend you personalized probiotic and prebiotic formulas that will specifically alter your microbiota and your gut health in a better way.
What you will get:
After booking a consultation with me, you will receive an email with the following steps you need to take:
Sign the consent form and return it to me via email
Fill the questionnaire which will help me understand your case better (optional)
Record your food journal for at least 3 days and send me the screenshots requested in the email (optional)
Send me your microbiome test results via email (optional)
One-hour call via Zoom at a scheduled time
Microbiome test results analysis (if you have one),which I will perform before the consultation. (This usually takes me about 30 min).
Full nutrition and dietary assessment based on your food log and questionnaire (30 min)
Individual goals and science-based recommendations during the consultation
